IE University is for students who approach learning as a way of life, and who are open to the world and to the transformative role of higher education. We provide a supportive community where students and faculty interact together in the learning process.
The unique learning environment at IE University is built upon the bringing together of a personalized, student-centric community, within an open environment that embraces a rich diversity of individuals, ideas and approaches. Each year over 100 nationalities are represented on its campuses in Segovia and Madrid, with over 65% of its students coming from outside of Spain.

Key Dates and Requirements


At IE University, we don’t have a specific deadline for admission onto any of our undergraduate programs . We have a rolling admissions policy which means that you can apply to IE University at any time of the year. We have 1 intake per year: September

Our admission process consists of:

- Online application form (including high school transcripts, 2 letters of recommendation, 2 essays and a CV)
- IE admission test (or SAT or ACT)
- Personal interview
