The best thing that I received from Bocconi during my 3 years was actually a completely new mindset, a new way of thinking about the world. I had around 40 different nationalities in my class, and apart from the great education that the university provided, we probably learnt the most from eachother. It was amazing to work with people and see how differently they can look at the same issues.
Internationality is present in many other ways at the university as well. The outstanding exchange opportunities that I was also fortunate enough to experience (Thammasat University, Thailand) provide additional ways for students to explore the world through the beauty of education, while the internships opportunities give them the chance to test themselves in the real life for some time.
I graduated in the middle of the financial crisis, and therefore finding job for a fresh graduate was quite a challenge. So I tried my luck back home as well in Hungary, and boom my first 2 applications resulted in 2 offers. At the end I settled for PWC auditing associate position. Few months later I joined Google - first in Dublin and now in New York City, where I currently work as Senior Account Manager.Bocconi graduate | Hungary
